Our usage based pricing means you only pay for the value we create. Goodness turns every transaction into an opportunity to boost frequency of purchase and lifetime value.
Sort of. The first 10 donations are free. This means you don't pay us any fees for them, but you still need to ensure that the charities receive the funds.
You can pause the Goodness widget at any point in time. We know times can get tough, so we've made it easy to give yourself a break and continue once you're ready to make an impact again. If Goodness isn't for you, you can also deactivate the app from your Shopify admin.
We're working on fully automating the donation process for you, and issuing a receipt to serve before the ATO. It will be ready in early 2023. Meanwhile we're generating a monthly report on the donations you need to make to the charities you've chosen. How often you make the donations is up to you.
We've put a lot of work in selecting and vetting the charities you can choose from, and we're committed to growing the list. We've made it super easy for you to request a new charity from the Shopify admin, and we'll make sure we review your request and vet the charity ASAP.
